That’s a real bugger….I’d be moving, modifying or replacing those coolers so they don’t stick down below the front fascia. That drop down air dam just kills the awesome look of the nose for me, but I’m sure you’ll figure it out and make it look great! Thanks for sharing!

The coolers are hard piped into the A/C system. No way am I messing with them.

Also, I thought i read somewhere they made smaller billet intercooler manifolds for the Demons? ….I’m sure you figure it out, and I sure enjoy watching! 🤣🤣🤣

acetone it what I used to rebuild my abs 68 grill, shreaded some abs in a glass jar with acetone & it melts & works great as a glue, but it takes a long time to cure

I have a question, how do you properly insure a one off like this to make sure it’s valued properly and what insurance companies will tackle something like this?

You basically show your insurance company pictures of the car and describe the build and come to what's called an "agreed upon value". That is a value you feel comfortable with should the vehicle become a total loss. You will pay a premium that is commensurate with that value. It's not cheap.

Did installing it just under the front of the nose, with a downward angle work? The 70 had a center grill and two side pieces..

The center grill worked fine. I still have to work out the side pieces.
