I never did like Claudia, she was the odd duck of the series. This was quite progressive for it's time. Jack Coleman said however, they were never allowed to show any true passion. Steven never did kiss any man during the entire run of the series.

I love Pamela Bellwood as "Claudia". Remember that she had spent time healing in an insane asylum and that would explain her odd behavior. It's ironic how Claudia and Luke would be Steven's love choices and the two of them ended up together, bloodied in the Moldavian Massacre.
