I really love this wonderful composer, and especially their cello concert. Also, of course, I admire the great Isserlis. He knows to get all the sweetness and also all the sound power of the violoncello.

It's the first of Schumann's two contributions to the F-A-E sonata - the intermezzo second movement (or alternatively the third movement of his own third violin sonata).
