I too own (most of) his VHS movies. I used to hide them when friends and dates visited. No more. I loved them then, so I will love them now. Thank you for sharing mate. /subbed

Cool collection Gareth, haha there in the Marked for death clip he did his trademark huge exhale of air that I mentioned during the watch party lol 😂 . Do yourself a favor and don’t be in a hurry to watch Kill Switch 😉. 😎👍

Thanks, yes he did 😂

Love the Marked for Death VHS mostly because it’s open matte and you can clearly see all the movie goofs. A microphone above Seagal’s head when he talks to the Jamaicans from his car. The big wooden ramp as the car ploughs into the store window. And a load of crew members’ hands holding onto a pole supporting Screwface #1’s prop dummy as Seagal decapitates it!

@@michaelmyers3709 yeah, it's because with the Super 35 format, they were mainly concerned with how it looked in its Theatrical exhibition, which is of course 2.35:1 scope, a very very different framing compared to a 1.33:1 TV frame, so, there's a lot of errors, flubs, equipment, and crew on the top and bottom of the full frame that would be cropped off on the Theatrical, LD, DVD, and BD. Many other notable movies were shot in Super 35, such as Point Break, Top Gun, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Air Force One, The Abyss, Terminator 2, and even Seagal's next movie Out For Justice was shot in that format.

Yeah on the Out for Justice you can see place markers on the floor in a few scenes

The last Seagal movie that we’ve got to cinemas was Ticker from 2001 in which I’ve never seen as off yet, I’ll will watch Kill Switch tonight as I bought it on Blu-ray for a quid in Poundland a few years back, there is the True Crime series where he plays Seattle cop Eli Kane that has different straight to DVD movies such as Lethal Justice and the other non Eli Kane film was Force of Execution from the 2010s and he did appear in Machete in 2010 with Danny Trejo. Seagals last Warner film was Exit Wounds as his contract soon expired and the first of the Sony contract was The Foreigner the following year and then on from 2002 right through to Machete whereas Momentum Pictures in the U.K. held a grudge with Kill Switch in 2008.

Thanks for that

@@VideoTasties seagals last film release at the cinema was definitely Machete in 2010 where Danny Trejo was in it as the main character. Bigpauly Bowman on one KZbin video said it’s Steven Seagal week at Poundland where they had different Blu-ray titles as Elijah Kane part of the True Crime series that aired in 2011 on the Crime+Investigation channel, they were a pound until the £2 blurays started putting out at the end of 2018. Thanks 🙏

The only Steve seagal movies I've ever heard of are the two under siege films as there are his only most known movies.

Yes they are

I'm not a fan of Seagal. The only Seagal film I feel actually represents the actors shady past is Nico. I can see the excitement around Under Siege. The crazy fight scenes and bloody kills. Seagal's whole demeanour looks and feels like early Clint Eastwood in the first Dirty Harry film. His bodily mannerisms and hardly any real dialogue, just the stone cold look of a death stare. John Wayne tried it in McQ, but failed miserably. Facial looks over dialogue. You've either got it or haven't....

Great Collection... unless you are a total mark for Seagal, I wouldnt recommend his later movies, they mostly star a voice double, a few multiple body doubles and a brief cameo from Seagal... so not enough Steven for your buck
