I hope im not the only one that enjoyed this episode. I loved that there werent too many jokes or trying to make it a usual whiskey ginger ep., i enjoyed hearing a master of his craft speak about stuff you dont hear from regular interviews. Please pepper these kinds of episodes in the algo-rithm ❤

Idk. He’d have had a much better chance at getting cast if he’d been his normal, jokey self. Listen to how Soderbergh talks about Timothy Olifont. Instead, Andrew just spout bs rambling fluff for most of the interview.

So Singani is a clear brandy like Pisco and both are processed the same but Singani is like the champagne of Pisco in that it's grapes are only permitted from 1 specific region. Pisco can use several different grapes. TMYK

I think he was off axis to the mic and they needed to lower the gate threshold. Sounds like it was cutting off the feed if he got too quiet.

This was surprising to see pop up, but does make a lot of sense. Soderbergh loves comedy, and often casts comedians in roles. Tom Papa has been in multiple of his projects and Stavros was just in his newest series Command Z

Seriously, every single episode is riveting. The minimalist score is perfect and plays up the tension. To me it's up there with The Sopranos and Breaking Bad and whatever else people consider the greatest series ever. Just a shame it's only two seasons.
