Bridleway Studios I feel like this is before she leaves to join the crystal gems. I'm thinking maybe she is a pearl to a lower gem and then she gets upgrades to a diamond and yellow tries to help her be a better diamond pearl and this is when cg pearl falls in love with rose and right before she decides to leave the diamonds. It seems more likely that this is a flashback to before she left and that's why at the end she seems so off put with the idea because she was planning on leaving because of the corrupt diamonds. I really like this theory because then it would really work for the ending when she turns " wicked" or like a traitor.
