What they are showing is not ''the beauty of Africa and the beautiful people and cultures'' It is simply some remote architectural building designs unconnected with ''the beautiful people and cultures''. Or in another language, they are simply showing a piece of gold inside a pot of manure! Your “Eurocentric” media can only show the reality they met on the ground upon their arrival in Africa or Lagos and which accurately represented ''the beautiful people and cultures''. For instance if any media outfit arrived in NYC, Chicago, DC, etc or London, Brussels, Paris etc, they simply set up their camera and start recording ''the beautiful people and cultures'' right in front of them. They don't need to start asking questions as to where those people could be found or need to travel off looking for where to locate them. The buildings and areas you are watching only represents under 1 percent of the whole people living in Lagos. The rest- over 99% live in the slums, degradation and poverty that you see accurately depicted in the real and true video recordings of a population the majority of who earns under $20 dollars per month as salary! Incidentally what you are watching is also a simple case of cinematography and nothing else. It may show some attractive building designs and layouts in the so-called posh areas or neighbourhoods like Ajah, Ikoyi, Lekki and Victoria Island but whenever there is a heavy downpour, the homes and roads in the neighbourhoods are soon flooded like the poor areas and slums in the rest Lagos State.

Don’t believe the stories Nigerians tell you especially the ones abroad. They usually leave Nigeria under strained circumstances, many of them are poor Nigerians who have struggled to make ends meet and have emigrated for economic reasons. Most of them will have tales of woe and will accuse the Nigerian government for not providing infrastructure, but the fact is that Nigerians avoid paying taxes but do not realise that in the west most public infrastructure is funded through taxation of workers and businesses. But in a case where very few people pay taxes the Nigerian government does not have access to funds any other sources of funds other than receipts from oil exports but one mus5 remember that all the oil money is carted out of Nigeria by expatriate companies

It’s a very beautiful country and very affordable if you’re coming from abroad. Nigerias despite its problems is one of the most advanced countries in Africa and the continents biggest economy and population. One in five Africans or 22% of Africas population is Nigerian. I have been to every estate mentioned in this video, except Lakowe lakes. Here's my take; Royal garden city (AKA Mobile estate): Is a great neighbourhood to build your property on, even though it's just off the expressway, it's very quiet and serene, wide major roads and it's got really beautiful houses on it as well, so if you're buying a land to build on it as well, you definitely want to build up to standard. It's just a few meters after Ajah bridge, by your right. Note that there are multiple enteries into the estate, the first one is just after the bridge and the second one is a little bit beyond that, depending on what time you're coming into the estate, only one access will be made available, at night time you will have to use the first entry (ignoring your map, yes), while at day time, you can follow your map and use the second, main entry. Nicon Town: What can i say, it's just basically a replica of an american middle class suburban community, it's quiet, it's peaceful, neat, and the houses all look identical to each other which gives order to it's beauty and well maintained properties. This beautiful community estate is located off the lekki epe express way as well, off palm spring road, but trust me, the moment you're inside this estate, you won't hear a single noise coming from the major road you just got off, that's because after entering the estate, you still have to drive a few 100 meters before you start seeing the residential buildings, and the security here is top notch. If you have kids who are used to the american surburbs lifestyle or you yourself wanna experience it, Nicon Town is a place for you to live. Cowrie creek estate: This is also another beautiful estate, and like they said in the video, it's quite new and it feels new as well, this is also situated off palm spring road (at the end of the road), close to Nicon town as well, so you can check these two places out at the same time if you're looking for a different feel. But, if you think Nicon town is quiet? You need to check out Cowrie creek estate, like i said, it's beautiful, serene, large and also got a top notch security as well. Oh, i should also mention that both Cowrie creek and Nicon town are both situated very close to the Spar shopping mall, located on palm sping road, palm spring road is not a busy road, so you're literally just a few munites drive (or walk) away from buying all your house hold items. Peanock beach estate: This is also another great estate that is luxurious and worth every penny as well, it also has the standard of every other estate mentioned in this video, located right off osapa london road, jakande, close to agungi. The only issue i'd have with staying on this property is accessing it using the major lekki epe express road. This is because when turning left into the major road (jakande) that leads to this beautiful estate, if you're coming from lekki phase one, it has the slowest traffic light, with the shortest cycle ever! So, this basically causes a backlog on that exit which could mean that you're in a 20-30 mins traffic before you get home. But, there is a solution, whoever is showing you this property, before you buy it, tell them to show you the alternate, back road to take, when coming from phase 1, as that will be a traffic free route, and the back roads leading to the estate, all the way from phase 1 are all paved, so you're good to go. Banana Island: What can i say that they haven't said in the video, this place situated just after the lekki ikoyi bridge, if you're coming from lekki and it has all the advantages of living in a rich neighbourhood. Oh, did i say it's for the rich? Yes, it's for the rich, the roads here are super wide, clean, probably the best (tightest) security than every other property i've mentioned, it's extremely quiet, very huge, 80% of every popular person you know (politicians included), that stay in lagos, on the island, stay in banana island because of what it offers, so it ain't cheap. Shoreline estate: This is also an ok estate, just off onikoyi road, before you get to banana island. Admitedly, i have not spent much time in this estate, but it is a standard estate, and it certainly has the quality of a wealthy neighbourhood, but unlike what they said in the video, i wouldn't choose shoreline over banana island, better still, i'd rather go for cowrie creek, nicon town or royal garden estate. The advantage that this has that these i just listed, is that it's situated in Ikoyi, which is the center hub for accessing every other locations like, VI, lekki phase one, mainland, lagos island etc. So, it's certainly a great place to be, i'm sure. Eko atlantic city: This is literally a city that has every advantages from all these estates combined into one, situated in Victoria Island, off ahmadu bello way, but as you can see from the video, the plots on this property are mostly empty, development is slow, which i'm sure the economic woes plays into it, but if you're capable, you could get a good deal on a piece of land here, this will be THE PLACE to build your property and you can be proud that you're one of the first pioneers to own a property on this no doubt upcoming booming city. I hope this was helpful to whomever it may concern, in the distant future, reading this. I hope you have a great life, have fun and have a great day.

Nigeria 🇳🇬 is wonderfully rising to claim its superpower status in Africa! If all the mega projects I’ve heard going on in Nigeria are actually successfully completed, then Nigeria is on to a very bright future! 😊 I love everything in this estate from the wide open roads to landscaping and of course the house designs especially the modern upscale interiors 👌❤ Love from Kenya 🇰🇪❤️

So why are all the scams coming from this region??😏😏 It shows that people are desperate to survive and how much suffering there is. I don’t care to see videos like this because they are misleading 99% of the country don’t live like this.

@@tmcurly 🎹🇳🇬 if you hear of scamming of 10 to 20 people does that make 201 million Nigerians scammers ? In my church RCCG or The Redeemed Christian Church of God alone, not to talk of other people in Nigeria, before year 2010 in the days when RCCG was RCCG, there is God's annoiting that turned millions of people into millionaires and thousands of people into billionaires. (many of these people are not known because true believers are quite, they don't display their wealth. It is either when you come close, you get to know most of them or when there is need for church building or some other development or when giving testimonies or when you go near them that is when you realise there are so many billionaires and millionaires in the RCCG Nigeria and that is why they use billions of naira for most of RCCG church buildings. And I am talking about people with genuine businesses. These is why thousand of estate agents, banks, etc are always at the Redemption Camp of RCCG every month to do their marketing because they know they will get people who are capable there. How much more these 2024 ?. And how much more if we have to count people outside RCCG in Nigeria ? The reason why you even hear of the ones who scam is because Nigerians have God's annoiting and blessings to be great and that is why Nigerians are popular and stand out ! Unfortunately when some also do evil because they come from a nation blessed by God their news is also made known to the whole world ! When other nationals do the same evil we don't get to hear about it because they don't have such grace God has given to Nigerians ! And by the way the world has not heard anything yet about Nigeria, it is now that God wants to rain down his blessings upon Nigeria from this 2024 and they whole world will be trooping to Nigeria from these year . This is prophecy over 50years being accomplished and prayers of one of the greatest man of God that ever lived in Nigeria, that is the late apostle Ayo Babalola that is happening now ! Thank you Father, accept my thanks on behalf of Nigerians in Jesus mighty name amen!
