Steve is good with properties, estates and public buildings/construction. I think he either read something around building technology, construction, architecture, etc, or he has someone so close to him that has relationship with architecture/construction. The estates look good though overcrowded! They are naked too! No trees in Abuja? I think in Kenya...we love trees!

Good video but there are better estates than Godab, Caleb’s court, zeberced and many more even in Katampe extension

Hey, Nice feature. Never been to Abuja. Will try to visit next time I'm over when life gets back to normality..... I love some of the very modern architectural aesthetic. Really very beautiful and appealing to me. Very tempting to invest although I don't knowingly have connections over there. Question, these stunning homes (and even in Lagos) are built so close together that you can see into a neighbouring bedroom and also with very little external land for a garden or swimming pool. I love my privacy. Need to chill out as I have a very busy job. Can someone tell me why it looks as if people are living "on top of each other". This feels like potential stress and noise pollution. Most of all fire hazard. What are the planning regulations like? Thanks in advance for your explanation.

It actually depends on the estate you talking about in lagos. The houses come in different forms. There are estates with spacious compound while some are muffled together. Some are even terrace. Some have everything.... spacious compound, pool, green area, large parking space.... etc. Largely depends on your budget & location.

I will choose after watching this video for like 5 times it's called studying. Although no. 2 is attractive even if the buildings are not as sleek as no10 , 9 .... If I purchase No to I will probably renovate the building.
