HAULING GRAIN In A Dump Trailer... Is It BETTER..?!

To answer the question in the title ( since I forgot the clip where I talk about the differences )
I like hauling grain in a dump trailer because when you pull over the pit, you only have to line up to it once. With a set of trains it's usually 4 times and that's if you stop at the right time.
I like hauling with the trains because you can fit 4 or more extra KG in the box because of the extra axle and the way it's set up! But they are long , wiggly and for most, pretty hard to back up.
For what I think is better.. I would say a well set up dump trailer with more then 4 axles, a big door in the front so it's easy to get in and clean if you are switching product ... plus then you can run a stretched out truck!
Thanks for watching everyone!
Let me know what you think or prefer in the comments!

Only a farmer could get away with pulling a trailer with a farm tractor. Looked like the one truck tried to take a short cut through the ditch, unfortunately he didn’t make it. Cheers my friend.

I have worked places that did not care about worker safety and places that had people walking around trying to catch someone not following one of the thousands of safety rules, I prefer the safety but not the little nazi's walking around. Hope you stay safe and healthy Shane.

Another Good video! Ugh “first times” I get anxiety thinking about the unknown at these places! You drivers need to make more $$ 🤔Trucks in ditches on the highways are the result of 70 hr work weeks/fatigue and rushed to meet the demands of companies to get some time off. Do you have any walking floors?

yep we have a new walking floor I use a few times every week! and an older one we use once a month for tires

Pardon my ignorance, but when you were pulling into the ethanol plant there was a lane for Corn and a lane for Dogs - what's a Dog?

What's up Shane another great video my friend, and your travels take us on a new adventure. I would prefer the dump wagon over the grain wagons, simply because I never did it or probably won't because I don't have double and triple endorsement. Basically not qualified, LOL. Stay safe out there my friend and keep the videos coming and always travel safely catch you on the next one, oh P.S. watch out for all the fender benders, LOL.

I support farmers but I hate seeing them do sketchy stuff as a truck driver. I live in Simcoe and they use offshore labour to pull trains of apples back and forth. Definitely going to be a massive accident one day.
