Found this at a store along with many other shma figures, and my eyes nearly bulged out of my head when I saw “$570.50” 😭 Im about to get him for 300, better than other prices but MAN i am gonna go broke (again) Unfortunately, mines left head (Kevin) is insanely loose and falls off by laying your finger on it. The tail tips fall off with small amount of stress but other than that it’s fine. I want some gravity beams now.

As someone who didn't get the original, I was ecstatic when I saw another chance at getting it. For the past couple of months as I waited for mine to come in April, I've seen people that have gotten it early sang praises about it and that made me highly anticipated for mine to arrive. Glad to say after almost a month of having it, I can join the choir, this thing is absolutely amazing. From sculpt, to articulation, I knew it was going to be my favorite figure despite it being my 2nd SHMA figure. Is it pretty pricey? Yup, but it's worth every penny in my book. I definitely recommend getting one now while it's at retail because this is the second passing of Haley's Comet and ya don't wanna miss, not only an improved release of the previous MKG, but the definitive Mecha-King Ghidorah figure.

I thankoyu for reviewing this figure. I was so happy to see a new release of it, not even because I’m buying it (own the original), but because I’m happy new people get to see this amazing figure. It’s contour is amazing on the shelf and I absolutely adore it. Now let’s hope we get a MOGERA and an SOS Kiryu.

Yeah this figure is awesome. So happy to get battle damaged wings. More re-releases should come with battle damaged parts if they can get away with it.

One thing that bugs me when it comes to Kaiju figures, is the good quality one like S.H. MonsterArts, cost an arm and a leg in terms of price, while the cheaper alternatives look like crap painting, sculpting, and articulation wise. I really wish there was an in between option for people like me. Especially with all the scalpers online.

Hiya is a good in between and in some cases....better. While the MA Godzilla 2019 isn't movie accurate, I do still prefer his articulation and sculpt, but both Hiya's Mothra and Rodan just stomp on Bandi. Their King Gidorah looks to be better too and at half the price. Not to mention they are doing figures Bandi refuses to do. They are making a Skull Crawler, and said they intend on making MUTOs and a movie accurate Godzilla 2014. I do highly recommend them! The only downside is I dont believe they are doing classic monsters. I know Super 7 is, but I am not a fan of Super 7 at all. I hate the cheap plastic they use.

@@JH-uh9zc Yeah, I've heard other people mention Hiya toys as an in between alternative. Although I haven't seen any Battra, Fire Rodan, or Mecha-King Ghidorah figures from that line(unless I'm not looking hard enough?) Still, the reason I grabbed some S.H. MonsterArts figures, is because, at the time at least, they were the only movie accurate figures, with lots of articulation points. And not just 5 articulated points like that craptastic Vinyl Mecha-King Ghidorah figure I saw online. But when a 3rd party seller charges $1200 CAN for S.H. MonsterArts(That's not a joke BTW), I can't rightfully support that. As for Bandai, I'm still salty they abandoned some of their toylines. Like Digivolving Spirits, and Power Rangers Legacy collection. Especially after announcing and showing the prototypes for Garudamon, Zudomon, Lilymon, Beelzemon, Gallantmon, and hinting at a potential Shogun Megazord.

@@nine_tails137 Sadly I don't think they will do some classic monsters. Super 7 is making Destroyah, MechaG and Biollante, but I've never been a fan of their stuff, but I know many like them. I know they will be a larger scale than usual MA, but the plastic they use just feels cheap, especially for the price, which isn't too much behind Bandi. It does stink theres no budget friendly competition....well other than Playmates....but ya no.

I really like mine. Other than the tail tip popping off and a loose wing joint, it's really impressive. While not 1 to 1, I like how the paint scheme is close to the OG '91. I have mine in a diorama battling the '93 Poster Color Godzilla. I do wish he came with the Dorats tho.

Okay, my issue is I already have the original release. Never really any problems other than the jaws on the two organic heads popping off or not staying closed. I really like this one but am disappointed we didn’t get gravity beams and I have limited space right now. If I were to get it, it would be from Amazon because I have two gift cards that can lower the price significantly and with that being said……..should I get him?

And when the MKG was released for my country, he said that the deadline for finishing the payment was just a week after the release, so I couldn't afford to pay the rest of the payment, then it cancelled
