When Pontius first came to Ireland my brother worked at the airport security and he decided to go over and say hi. Pontius dropped everything and had a chat with him and my brother told him that his little brother (me) was a huge fan. So Chris took out a pen and paper and wrote on a note, folded it up and told him "give that to your little bro". The note said "kill em all Paul, and let god sort em out".....what a nice guy :)

Hey SteveO in one of your videos you talked about how your family wanted to acquire land to save animals and produce your own food. I recommend you read this book, Permaculture: Principles and Pathways beyond Sustainability. The book is about harvesting your own energy in water, living soil, trees and seeds in the near future once we run out of fossil fuels (low-energy world). If you’re interested I’d love to introduce you to a ton of awesome people in the San Fernando Valley doing these projects so you can get a first hand experience of what it’s about. Im trying to create a food forest for our future generations. P.S. if you or anyone in the comments is selling an old street bike for a good price lmk 🌱

The stories are unbelievable It sucks Ryan Dunn tragically passed & Bam continues to have problems & issues but it seems like the craziest guys - Knoxville, Pontius & especially Steve-O - lived like “Over-the-Top” guy on steroids for a long period, got all their partying & demons out of their system & eventuallt mellowed out & matured. It’s ironic that the craziest of the bunch who lived like 100 lives in a decade or so all ended up maturing. Knoxville & especially Pontius & Steve-O did some wild & obnoxious stunt in the name of their art & craft but were seemingly never dbags, malicious or entitled punks despite having to do crazy things & gaining some notoriety & fame. Their star burned brightly for a while yet these 3 stayed pretty humble & true to their origins. It seems like only Bam got a little too full of himself & had the ultimate indulgence of having enough fame to where your sense of entitlement is skewed & usually when you get some level of fame & wealth, the amount of vultures, hanger’s ons, & sycophants hovering around you become a circle of vampires & enablers. I’m assuming as I don’t know but it seems like Knoxville, Pontius & Steve-O for all their flaws & indulgences never got too douchy or full of themselves at stayed regular guys pretty much which is a good thing. Bam enjoyed some extra individual success with additional fame & money which got to him as he couldn’t stay grounded like the other dudes & probably thought & still thinks way too highly of himself. Fame cam be toxic & destructive as any drug & sadly it’s telling that Bam is still dealing with tons of drama & issues to this day. They might have been tv & movie stars but they even stated here that they “don’t belong” at these awards shows, etc They gained some fame & celebrity quickly & while they obviously partook in some of the concomitant indulgences it provides they never got delusional about it or took it too seriously. They were never like “Do you know who am I?”type of D bags which is awesome. They stayed true to their roots as regular dudes & stayed as normal as one could during their heyday. Of course, their normal is very different than most people’s normal.😆🤣 Sadly I think so many people have been tainted by modern celebrity culture along with all the selfish traits that are considered virtuous now like having a perverse sense of entitlement. Most dudes to the tune of probably like 75% would act like vapid, selfish & entitled dbags if they received a fraction of the fame the Jackass guys got. The stories Ponitus & Steve-O tell are unreal. They’ve lived quite entertaining lives & luckily have emerged on the other side better & stronger. They both should be missing some of their limbs or have way more issues. Johnny’s medical issues, injury history, & nagging chronic ailments as a result of injuries is heartbreaking. He’s like a beaten down retired football played that has countless debilitating chronic & painful ailments that are constant issue of life which sucks. They suffered physically for their art & will continue to do so the rest of their lives. They aren’t prefect but it’s cool they just seem to act like regular dudes now & all their shenanigans kept us all laughing. Total legends.
