I absolutely love my MoJack HDL 500. I haven't taken the deck off to clean it and change the blades in three years so far and counting. Some mowers have very heavy decks and can be a bitch removing and reinstalling them. The MoJack will lift the tractor in a minute up and a minute down. Who wouldn't love that.

Great review. Man. Since you posted his video 3 years ago those things have doubled in price. Home Depot has them today (7/16/23) for $379.00! I'm still going to purchase one though. I had a new Cub Cadet ZT1 50 inch deck delivered 4 weeks ago. I've got 2 herniated discs and just the tiny bit of lifting I had to do on the front end, to roll my new ZT1 mower off the pallet it was delivered on inflammed those discs! That was 4 weeks ago and my discs are still in pain. So I will be purchasing this Mojack HDL 550 soon. Thanks again for your review.

Hi, I just bought a Husqvarna TS 248XD. What model jack did you get, the 500? How does it work on the Husqvarna. My manual says the TS 248 XD tractor weight 610 lbs, over the 500 lb capacity of the MoJack 500, of course one is not lifting the whole tractor on the jack just the front end. It's expensive here in Canada as you pointed out, so before I take the plunge I want to make sure the MoJack 500 if this id the model you have, works OK on the TS 248XD.

I bought one of those three years ago when I replaced my Simplicity Conquest (that backfired and burnt to the ground. Too bad it was a great tractor) with a Simplicity Champion XT Zero Turn. The bottle was faulty (turned out the O ring wasn't sitting properly)and took forever to lift the deck so Mojack sent me a new bottle. It also seems to take forever to lift. I can literally spend 15 minutes pumping it to get to the second setting. I'm shocked at how fast your lift works so I'm wondering if I should get a new bottle with higher specs.

@@SteveRobReviews My first job after graduating in Radio and Television Arts from Ryerson in Toronto in 1971 was at CKSO in Sudbury. Holy crap !!! Where did 50 years go? As a born and bred Toronto boy that was where I first heard the word camp instead of cottage. Anyway I couldn't get the lift to go higher than 20 inches and that was after at least 15 minutes of pumping. It worked OK for about the first foot or so and then slowed right down. IT maxed out at 21 inches I bought a 2 ton bottle jack from Crappy Tire but when I got home I discovered it didn't have the groove think at the top to fit into the lift. It says it's supposed to extent 12 1/8 inches but it maxed out at far less. I'll see if I can get the post with the groove to fit into the new jack but since it won't go as high as the supplied jack it will probably not be good enough. I'll try and talk to someone at Mojack tomorrow (Monday) but so far their number only makes a noise and when I ask a question at least so far their suggestions aren't very helpful. I'll let you know if I make any progress.

HI Steve ... I bought a new Motomaster 2 ton bottle jack from Canadian Tire today but when I got home I noticed that it says it has a maximum lift of 12 1/8 inches but the your video of the MoJack shows the lift lifting 2 feet. hi, if your happy with it that is fine... however I went to princess auto and bought a 300 dollar motorcycle lift raises to just below belly button high. on the bed of lift I put 2 inch pipes across and attached 2 x 10 on each side It is wide enough to have tractor sit on the wood and my john deere can sit on it lengthwise with a foot on each end to spare. foot pedal for hydraulic lift and a lever lets it down faster than yours. seen donny boy small engine on you tube show his and I would rather have mine , it can pick up 1000 pounds and has a 1 inch safety bar so it will not fall. I have changed the head gasket on it removed and cleaned deck every fall, oil and grease I don't have to bend down to do it, there is a hard grease fitting to get for axel but easy when it is waist high.
