I know I'm late just catching up I know the first property is way better than the 2nd one. the 2nd one had better views and it was more open and exposed. The first one was way better it had more privacy, the closets were more bigger, the hose had more to offer and it actually fitted the size and it made it make sense. The 2nd one did not have much to offer besides the views and the cool pool, both were amazing displays for a game but 1 is the best.
