The late Rosemary Mwololo was born in the year 1948 at Gachoka village, Gachoka location Embu district now Embu County. She was the second daughter of the late Mr.Ngari and Jemimmah. She was a sister to Miry, Ngungi, Irima, Kiura, Gatoto, Njoka, Karimi, Wanjiru, Ndegi, Mutitu and Munyi. She was daughter- in-law to Nyamai lvali and Tabitha Nyamai.She was sister-in-law to Alice, Susan, Nduku, Mueni, Kavata, Ndinda, Mutheu and Mbiya.
EDUCATION
She started school at Ngenge Primary School in the year 1958 upto 1965.
CHRISTIAN LIFE
ROSEMARY MUTHONI MMOLOLO She was baptized at her young age at African Inland Church Gachoka. She later converted to Catholic Church in the year 1980 where she remained as a strong believer at Mumela Catholic church Kasikeu Parish now Wautu Parish. She was the chairlady of Mumela Catholic Church for more than 20 years.
WORK LIFE
The late Rosemary Muthoni has been a business lady anda farmer all through.
FAMILY LIFE
The late Rosemary Muthoni got married to Christopher Mwololo Nyamai in the year 1966 by customary law. They later solemnised their marriage in the year 1987 at Mumela Catholic church presided by Father Agostino Zonto. They were blessed with seven children namely: Elizabeth Wanza, Gregory Kyallo, Pastor Francis Kioko, Patricia Nzembi, Edward Muthenya, Joakim Nzioki and Father Nicholas Wambua. She was mother-in-law to Dorcas Keya, Nuru Kyallo, Agnes Kioko, Jacinta Edward and Winfred Nzioki. She was grandmother to Musembi, Mwendwa, Nyamai, Maundu, Mary, Purity, Love, Vincent, Amani, Ryan, Caris, Ariana, Olivia and Angel. She was great grandmother to Jayden and Alexia. She was loving aunt to Gitonga, Mukami, Kiamati, Mureithi, Kinyua, Njeri, Nyaga, Mugendi, Mbucu among others. She was in- law(syitae) to Mutungi lvuti, Raphael Ngitu, Luka Mangoka and Gilbert Mainga.
ILLNES AND DEMISE
Mum enjoyed good health until 2004 when she was diagnosed with diabetes, blood pressure and arthritis. She was treated in Wellness clinic Machakos, Bishop Kioko, Doctors Plaza, Machakos, Sixth Temple and Makindu Medical Clinic and Faith Clinic Kasikeu. She was admitted at Makindu Medical Clinic on 15th March 2023 where she stayed for two weeks and succumed on the 29th March 2023 at 8:40 PM.
