I was actually thinking there may be a love story/triangle with Dylan and Gretchen and Dylan's Innie. If Outie Dylan is kind of a deadbeat and cant even make cookies, and she see a newer, motivated Dylan in Innie Dylan, that may lead to an interesting story line.

Innie Mark already has Outie Mark's passion for finding Ms. Casey. I think I like Innie Mark much more. In fact, I like all the innies more. The outies will just spoil their purity when integrated. Also, outie Mark will just spoil things for things for Innie Mark if we ever get Helly back.

Another great review Steve, I'd give it a 9 aswell ! like you I found Reghabi popping up from nowhere was an unbelievable coincidence unless they explain it later. Also when Reghabi says "(Gemma was alive)...last time I saw her" surely Mark would have asked "where, when, how??!!" but obviously the writers aren't ready to tell us yet, so they made Mark do the "Lost" thing where nobody asks the obvious questions!!!

Great review as always! Interesting points about the cartoon and the toys at Dylan’s home. The scary part was Helena’s driver, his face was cringe 😬. I wondered why Ms. Corbel looked at him specifically? And why did his face look like leather or so distorted?

They’re all “Kier’s children”-Harmony, Natalie, Seth-you can sense the underlying sibling rivalry in every interaction. Ricken, Rebek, and the rest of those oddballs? They’re Kier’s children too. Each of them has a role to play in Kier’s grand design.

C’mon Steve! This was the best episode thus far imo lol. Also I just realized the protocol that Raghabi talked about is probably for Mark to act like he doesn’t know certain questions after being Severed. I think episode 4 is gonna be a flashback, maybe? 🤔

One of the goat wranglers says he knew Gemma because she told him his outtie loves stargazing, which suggests they are also severed. I found the Reghabi appearance strange as well but she seems to know a lot about Mark. Where he is, what he's doing, and why. She must have a way to monitor him or something. I'm expecting an explanation later.

I'm pretty sure innie and outtie Mark are going to want to re-sever, because they have different interests and desires. Outtie Mark loves Gemma and innie Mark and Helly/Helena have a thing going. Innie Mark thinks Rickon is a genius and outtie Mark thinks he's a joke... hows that going to work? It's gonna be a like a tugawar. What's going to be really cool is it's going to be reintegrated Mark going to work work with what many of us theorize is Helena and for all we know Helena is in some type of reintergrated form as well... afterall we don't know how she would be able to not switch during the elevator, so i think outtie Mark and Helena will make an interesting dynamic... I could even see them eventually falling for each other and we already have innie Mark and Helly who have just recently developed a thing for one another.... crazy stuff.

And I don't know why I didn't pick up on this until this season, but I think Dan Erikson wrote Rickon as what he'd imagine his own innie to be... he's sort of like a goofier/exaggerated version of himself... and I think he's poking fun at himself a little bit, but I I could be way off.

I think Ricken creating an Innie book is referencing the Slave Bible. It’s a version of his book that will not create any rebellion. Milckick getting a black version of Kier paintings reminded me of J. K. Rowling all of a sudden saying Hermione is black. False ally

I thought that from early on in S1 .... that Corbelvig would mutiny. Now I think Helena and Corbelvig will team up. Especially if they find out ... Ms Huang = Ms Casey. Who knows, maybe Corbelvig played a role in that and now wants to atone?
