Not really. "Men on the down low" have given their girlfriends or wives STDs because they're not being careful and don't care about her health. So the women will find out about the STDs in one case a miscarriage occurred because of a man's cheating and he had her mourning thinking she was the reason for it (before she knew about his STD). And even if he wasn't sleeping with men, him cheating does open the window for STDs. Though she was being hypocritical unless she knows he's really going around without condoms.
