Focus on the present. Remember you are giving helpful advice to the leadership of the company, not reciting theory from the book. Find the embedded task, find the verb do what is asked. Every idea should be justified with something from the story. Say, 'for example,' however, also..this will force you to develop your ideas. Good luck this time!
