Hey Steve, on the final home straight before the exam now... so do you recommend starting with A then C and B last? any particular reason for this strategy and is it proven to be most effective?

Yes, I think this is the best way to do it--get warmed up in A, focus on finding 10 that you can do, see the whole syllabus. Now you are warmed up, do C, working in blank spreadsheets, word processors. Now time is winding down, go to B, aim for 3 out of 5 for each mini scenario, always do the theory ones first--run out of time on the tricky ones. You don't want to be running short of time in section C, better B if you are pressed for time.

Yes, careful with this--only when you see clearly in the question "THROUGHPUT.." should you use Price - Materials. And here's a tip--in section C you don't have throughput accounting, so you will never do that in Section C. Only 'traditional contribution' there.

Why are the mock exams so much easier that the actual pm exam. The September pm exam section c was really tough. Can anyone tell me the problems with comparing roi with separate divisions?
