So I've listened to jbl in many interviews. He doesnt come off as a bully, he comes off as a "jock". He ribs people, hazes newbies, and talks a lot of sht, but he doesnt seem to be malicious, i guess you'd have to be apart of locker room (any team sport really) to understand.
