Legally blind and totally blind are too different things. I’m legally blind but I still have sight. It usually means you have sight but not enough to operate a vehicle or something to that affect. In Texas being legally blind means you have 20/200 vision or lower. Not being mean just want to clear up the definition because I think it is important to know the difference.
