Even if the holtel was still operating. 50k wasnt paid to the owner. It was paid to a manager most likely. Also doubt anyone who could of accessed or provided access saw the footage. Hotels are not paying security to watch cameras for all their floors. Just the important ones. Hell I doubt the dude who got paid even knows what was on the footage. He just opened a door to let in someone on Didy's pay roll who would grab the footage and delete it.
