Thanks for the video. 👍🏽 do you think is worth the upgrade from the basic CRM that Monday offers as a template on the workOS platform? I’ve been using the basic one and I can’t seem to find any big difference that is worth the upgrade. Thoughts?

Your welcome! Honestly it depends on what you need. If you are finding the basic CRM sufficient enough for your business then stay as you are.

in contacts, how to add a box to insert general comments ("short bio") for each person? I couldn't find it...

You can add a new column. Single text or text column. Then just name it as short bio.

I sell long-term care insurance, so that is a lead to a product sale. However I also do Long-term care Medicaid planning and applications. That process is a lead to a project and that can last 6 months. We are a team of two but have other partners that we need to keep in the loop along the way. We need to handle our leads more efficiently and stay on top of our projects. We do need docs signed along the way as well. I can give you more detail if needed. @@StewartGauld

Monday is LIGHT YEARS ahead of Zoho. Think of Zoho more like a static place for information like Microsoft Dynamics (aka, old). Also the Zoho team is in Asia I believe and I have had some language barrier issues in the past trying to figure things out.

Is there a service or offer for someone to assist setting up exactly what I need for my business? I am currently in need of transitioning to another CRM for my business. The one we are using is not working out so great. We are a small college, with the goal of taking leads in hopes of nurturing them into students (enrollment). Any advice would be so helpful. Thank you

Hey! What CRM are you using at the moment? There are specific CRMs that a great for schools.
