I bought the Ruger Security 9 back in June of 2020 and after 1200 rounds I have only had one fail and it was the ammo and put another 100 rounds through it after that and had no more problems. And very easy to take apart and clean. Any gun will misfire if the ammo is not manufactured correctly. The Ruger Security 9 is the best 9 mm I have ever owned.

If you look at the tip of the mag, it's the exact shape of space where the take-down pin is, even with a full mag it works no problem. I noticed that as soon as I opened the box after purchasing it back in January.
