Stew, any chance you will do a video, in the future, on CSS w/dolphin kick? I keep hearing everyone talk about it but the only video I've seen on it was Jeff's most recent video and it was just a quick lap. I've been doing the CSS with a breath stroke kick but I am trying to work in some variety and play with different kicks to see where I get the best time. Currently @ 8:27 500 w/CSS using breath stroke kick.

I can do that. I do typically a dolphin kick after the kick off the wall and into the double arm pull out.

Stew, thanks for getting back to me. Yea I do the double dolphin kick into double arms pull off the wall. I was wondering if when referencing the dolphin kick you were substituting it in for the kick in, "kick, pull, breath, glide " instead of a scissor kick or breath stroke kick. I know in Jeff's video it looked like he was scissoring and then using the momentum to dolphin kick in place of a glide?

An 8:27 is fine. I would not sweat that one too much and focus more on other weaknesses if you have them

Hey Stew, I'm investigating about becoming a Navy SEAL watching all your videos which have been really great btw, and also some other websites, but I soon noticed every requirement needed. I noticed that you require at least 20/40 best eye; 20/70 worst eye; correctable to 20/25 with no color blindness. What if I am really blind?? Can I get laser eye Surgery?

All of my programs help you increase pull-ups and dips. I have many articles to help you do the same. Why don’t you try googling “PT pyramid stew Smith” for starters

I am probably wrong but isn’t this unnecessarily complicated? Can’t you just do squats, bench or dips and chin-ups or pull-ups every other day?

You can try. See if it works optimally for you. I have a way to train not the way to train. I have been doing my way for 20 years I have seen at work countless times.
