CAVE Shmupmania event has occurred! In which Japanese and western players come together for an online event featuring score exhibition for Cave STG. In this series we are inviting the western players to recount their experience and commentate their runs - and PB's in some cases.
In this episode we are joined by moglar5K. In addition to commenting on the Shmupmania live run - we compare and show side by side his PB (500 Million) - Ura Loop run as well.

It's so weird for me to watch Ketsui runs. I never actually played the arcade release nor the PS4 or PS3 port, my whole Ketsui experience was with the DS port. Ketsui taught me most of what I know about Shmups. Hey Mark, where can I find your discord server?

Don't be too ashamed with playing *just* the Death Label port, you do need to upgrade eventually but even that port has its "C A V E" moments like the Extra Stage having massive randomized threats throughout with ground enemies blocking you and this version of DOOM being a pain.
