I wish the defence lawyers fight for Kelly to be suboened now that lot of sms had been read and Zandi articulated that she can't speak on behalf of her sister. To avoid hearsay evidence, Kelly must come and clarify for herself in court, period.😢 Senzo went to the Khumalo's house as Kelly's boyfriend, Kelly called Chico Twala after Senzo had been shot instead of calling SAPS, Kelly drove Senzo to the hospital after been shot in her presence, we need Kelly in court to come and explain all these😢 If she's not going to take a stand, that will clearly justify our suspicion that there's a more of a cover up about who really killed Senzo Meyiwa😢💔

The judge is wrong. (1) traumatized person cannot drive a car to hospital. (2) Although not medically equipped somebody could've stayed with Senzo comforting him not left alone to die(adv. Mshololo is right) (3) Neighbors took decision for Senzo to be taken to hospital. (4)Those who were with Senzo never called ambulance, never called police, Zandi alleges she went next door where were others except Longwe who fled the scene of crime (5)Longwe fled but dont alert Neighbors or call police or call ambulance (6) Zandi alleges no swearing during fighting alleged intruders, correct cause it was Longwe fighting with Senzo and it was arranged not Senzo knowing, invitation for Longwe to dine, was for the mission to be accomplished. (7)Zandi inside x6 to hospital is comforting Senzo contradiction of the judge statement on Senzo being left unattended. (8)Were the no one to drive x6 so that Kelly can be next to father of their kid and comfort him. Etc.........

Hai bo my brother...Teffo is not going to intervene in this case anymore.I remember last week on Ermaly and Mr Anonymous's show,there was the listener that commented there saying that-She saw Teffo in the retail shop doing his shopping- while he was walking n islyes pushing his trolley he looked around the store and looked so scared,even when he was at the que(tills) he looked around and he was very scared until he went through to the entrance. She added that she even followed him to the packing outside and say before he get in his car he was not comfortable he looked around till he left...and that lady when she say that she was crying and requested prayers for Teffo (and all of them)-Teffo's life is n edge/risk...Let us remember that those advocate have families and nobody wants die as you can see that this case is not easy...Let us PRAY for ALL OF THEM. I remember advocate Thobane last year says their life is on danger since then,sometimes they followed by the cars that they don't know even if they cruise with their families there will be *those cars* that they don't know.😭😭😭😭

Even if I was a judge I would ask the same questions. If there were no break in, the defence must give evidence there of. Apparently every witness has mentioned a break in. That's unanimous. And the defence lawyers are dwelling of flimsy grounds that can't change the real direction of the case. Question flimsy things like tiding up, beer canes are silly topics that can't dismiss the break in, the shooting, refer to the court and evidence act 1998

I presume the judge is shaking the defence lawyers to be a bit robust with an aim of proving there were no intruders. They also run to the Park and saw nothing. Meyiwa lying alone was neglected but Zandi is doing something then the question of neglect will be answered by those Zandi left in the house especially her sister Kelly. when you assist a person you can't all do same thing. But you can't all leave all by herself or himself. The exit wound is bigger than the entrance wound usually when there's gun shot.

The Makhelwane has made things even more difficult for the defence lawyers bcoz by confirming the chaos, he has confirmed the incident. Only if the Makhelwane confirmed that there was never any incident at the Khumalos, the story was gonna be different. But he even confirms hearing the shooting. He talks about Ma Phiri, another Makhelwane, this has little bearing on changing the course of the case.

To those who are complaining about the judge. . . ..During the court proceedings you are not allowed to ask lead questions. . . .and you are not allowed to cast aspersions. . . .The state lawyers are very bad, because they are the ones who should be objecting to a wrong question. . .If Dali Mpofu, or any other competent lawyers was representing those witnesses, these court proceeding would be filled with objections. . . .I haven't heard not even once the prosecutor objecting...which should how poor they are.

The truth is the lawyers are not good they are just not asking the right questions. Zandi gave them up. None of them is trying to prove that there where no intruders. My question is how come Zandile was the only one who was hit by a spark yet she was the one far from the tussle. Guys if the intruder was there he was non of the accused
