Amazing! One of my fave vids, and so relaxing to watch. Must be a cool feeling knowing that you just brought two cool things into the world today; a sweet birdhouse and this video.

Wouldn't it be a nice idea to make this kind of thing with your children and like other people already said, you can sell them. So your costs are covered And hoppfully with a little bonus for your homestead. Every penny (dollar??) you can make with your homestead is one you don't have to lent😜 G'D BLESS and greetings from Inge Noordam (the Netherlands/Europe)

Just found your channel through Nate and Katie at Kraemer Life. Loved this little video. I only wish there’d been a better camera angle on the saw. I just got a table saw, and would have loved to see how you cut that log down. (I’m still feeling a bit intimidated by it). But adorable bird house.

Thank you for coming over. I was trying to figure out how to get the better shot but it involved me holding the camera and cutting with one hand so I opted out for the bad shot. sorry I’ll try some thing new next time. Thank you for watching

The idea is simplistic and artistic and represents folk art at its finest. I guess all your old art classes paid off, LOL. You should have the kids collect all twigs and small sticks on the property and sort them by thickness. If they do a good job, Opa will reward them with something. Mom loves what you are doing!
