Tips from an elite gymnast for sam’s tuck front! 1) Your chest is too far down on take off! Try and imagine throwing a ball in front of you before you go not throwing it straight to the ground! 2) try and grab your legs and pull in tight as that will help you rotate and finally 3) don’t open out too early as you will land on your back... stay tucked a bit longer! Only other thing is to have confidence... you got this!

I have been doing gymnastics for six years and for your front tuck make sure your take of shape is straight up not leaning forward and to land it don’t open out to early because if you’re open up to early you’ll probably second-guess yourself and go forward or back also I don’t anticipate like I do I always anticipate and that’s why I don’t let it so hopefully that works love you guys. Hi! I’m a gymnast and this is my 9th year doing gymnastics... for your front salut you need to set up FIRST and then tuck in tight. Then, when you are facing straight ahead and open to stick it. Don’t try to stick it too early. Also i have an air track as well! LOVE YOU GUYS! 😍❤️🥰 p.s. this is not my account but I don’t have one so!

So Sam, you need to set up more and your kinda like twisting in it. So all I would say it set up more and don’t be afraid to run more cause when you about to go your stuttering you just need more power. Oh and tuck your head in more. Love you guys! 💖

Sam, Teagan, when you do a front flip, try to jump with straight legs. When you bend them before the jump, all of your energy is wasted on jumping, so you can't land properly.

I did gymnastics for almost 10 years, and I have done it on a similar mat to the one they were using and I will tell you it is harder to stick your landings or even keep your balance!

In my opinion Sam you unfold out of the tuck position too fast and you need to wait a tiny bit longer in the tick position and then unfold. Just my opinion and I hope it helps!😊
