Before anyone says that 404 is the strongest sans in the multiverse. While this is true as far as I know, the creator of Error 404 has no rights to any other works of fiction in the fandom that were not originally owned by him. There's no reason for it to apply to Bill Sans. That being said Error 404's feats are still more impressive than Bill's, given that he had the power to destroy an omniverse.

Alright, so here's some of bill's abilities that can easily counter 404. 1: Weirdness Inducement, he can create weirdness the way he wants. He could destroy the mainframe soul and easily kill 404 with this ability alone. 2: Dimensional Manipulation, he can make himself into different dimensions such as 0-D, 1-D, 2-D, 3-D, 4-D and etc. 404 wouldn't be able to comprehend his form and since he can't change the dimensions of himself like Bill can, bill can easily destroy him with this ability. 3: Physics Manipulation, he can just defy the laws of physics. For example, he can just increase the law of gravity by a lot which would phase 404 off of reality itself and eventually kill him. 4: Madness Manipulation, with this ability he can make 404 go insane. 5: Weirdmageddon. It is a dimension that can be opened into any place, dimension, world, whatever. Once it is summoned, everyone in that dimension is controlled by Bill. Now here's 4 abilities that 404 has that can counter Bill. 1: God ray. It is a blast that 404 sends from his fingers and destroys anything and anyone that has godlike or unordinary code. The first shot of it will paralyze the enemy forever until the second shot has landed, easily ensuring death. 2: Immense speed, 404 can travel the entire multiverse in, not seconds, but 0 nanoseconds without even trying. 3: Mind manipulation, he can just make bill an ally. While bill also has this ability, all he can really do is change your old memories. That's all. 4: This isn't an ability, but he can instill fear into anyone or anything, whether he wants to or not. 404 vs Bill sans is a confusing battle, but it depends on whether weirdmageddon is used by Bill. If it isn't, then this fight can and will only end in a tie. If it's against butterfly 404 though, I don't think bill is winning. @@r-yv5uz 404 doesn’t have a mainframe soul he has a regular monster soul or an outcode soul and again this is a type of manipulation 2: 404 has fought the anti god lever threat alphatale exe and has bypassed and tore through the 8d and 11d dimension barrier between him and alphatale exe not to mention anti god level is about 6 levels above low reality which is where 404 stands this means 404 can counter this and kill him easily 3: not to mention 404 has his own conduit (partially taken with some of in tact) where he can manipulate reality and physics itself on a physical and metaphysical level tho he stands at beginner it still proves to be powerful 3.5: 404 did create his own reality in which it had its own physics and rules that can sustain and hold it together, he can also rip and shred the physics of other dimensions multiverses reality’s and universes and use that to his advantage 5: again 404 is able to create his own dimension he can use it to counter fit bills similar to how a counter domain expansion works
