I have to say it’s been a long while since I’ve done a POV I might start doing more! After I’m done with some stuff! I wanted something platonic this time (Nebula X Earth) (platonic ship!) (Late night calls) (and COFFEE DAY!) *Nebula woke up in the middle of the night and decided to go back to work, but also felt very alone in her house. She grabbed her phone and started to call. Earth* Earth: hello? Nebula: hey earth… it’s been a while since we hang out… if you’re not busy… could we go out to a café? Earth: I would love to go out with you! Let me just go get ready. I’ll see you in the morning.! please get some sleep… you’re gonna need it! Nebula: thank you… I’ll try (the next morning they chose to wear matching outfits) Earth: I like your outfit! Nebula: -////- thank you…. You’re really kind…. Earth: anything for my Bestie! *hugs* Nebula: **was confused from all of this attention, but was enjoying it at the same time** *Earth reached out her hand to hold nebula’s hand brushing and giving her a small smile Nebula never have been treated with such kindness in her life, so she was glad that she was able to experience the kind of connection between herself and another person she took Earth’s hand and went inside the café, and they both ordered each other’s drinks. They went outside to have a talk, enjoying those drinks. Nebula couldn’t stop looking at her. She did not want to leave. She wanted to stay. She felt safe secure she felt like she had a friend for once. Somebody to talk to. She started to vent.** Nebula: honestly, work is very hard and difficult…. Especially because of my boss…. That’s why I have not been able to talk to you often…. Earth: that’s why I said it’s OK! You have your own issues in life! So you deserve a break! Things might not be easy but once a while you deserve to give yourself a break… I really wish I can go talk to him about this but before I can let me at least just give you the chance to be free for once! Nebula: *a soft, pink blush came on her face as she looked down she took another sip of her coffee before she opens her mouth again* thank you so much for everything… for being my friend… Earth: **She was delighted to finally hear these words she wanted to be the friend that nebula never had. She wanted to be the friend that she can always depend on from the happiness. She got up and hugged her again.** thank you for accepting me as your friend… we should go to the library sometime or maybe after this! She hasn’t gotten a whole lot of sleep last night because of work and her legs were also pretty sore after running around almost the whole day and night. She was busy writing her reports in her book and luckily there wasn’t much for her to do today since these weren’t due until tomorrow afternoon.* Nebula: *yawns and sighs* mmmm… Earth: *walking to the Pizzaplex for her work* Nebula!? Nebula! *runs over to her, picks her up, and spins her around in a hug, accidentally making her drop her book in the process* Where have you been!? We were gonna schedule something then it’s like you disappeared off the face of the earth! Nebula: 0/////0 u-uh.. w-well I kinda did.. Earth: 0^0 wha? Nebula: Mhm.. I spend a lot of time off Earth, and In space for most of my work so.. Earth: oh! Well that’s fun! *gently sets her down* Nebula: *bends down to grab her book* it really isn’t-.. Earth: Oh? Well what makes you say that? Nebula: My job is a literal living nightmare.. *she thinks of an example* Who’s the strictest and most aggressive person you know? Earth: oh uhm.. I think my creator.. Nebula: Ok now imagine if your creators personally was 5 times worse and there was two of them. Earth: Oh.. *she can imagine it* I don’t wanna think about that- Nebula: yup.. from the age of 4 I’m already up on my feet and working almost the whole day… *she rubs the back of her calf cuz it’s sore* Earth: Oh wow! That shouldn’t be allowed.. I’m pretty sure that’s considered child labor.. Nebula: maybe it is.. but they don’t care.. Earth: oh I’m sorry.. that must be exhausting.. Nebula: *rubs her eyes* mhm.. Earth: Well do you wanna come inside? You must me sore and tired! Nebula: O-Oh! Well I uh.. Earth: No excuses you’re taking a break and you’re gonna like it! *grabs her hand and drags her inside* *They made it inside and Earth took nebula to the area where usually the kids who needed quiet places would hang out, and rest. The place had a bunch of pretty lights, and pillows and blankets.* Earth: Here we are! Go ahead and take off your shoes and get comfy! I have snacks and drinks and everything one could want so make yourself comfortable! Nebula: oh.. uhm.. *blushes* th-thanks.. Earth.. Earth: Oh course! You want a onesie? Or some pjs? I have extra! Nebula: uh.. n-no thank you.. *she kinda does want one but doesn’t wanna be a burden* Earth: *boops her nose* I can tell you want one! I’ll go get us some matching ones! *runs off* Nebula: •/////• o-ok.. *Earth comes back with some cute animal themed onesies and they both get changed into theirs* Nebula: *all snuggles up in hers and a blanket* mm.. this is comfy.. Earth: *Snuggled up in her own blanket* I know right!? 🥹 Nebula: *she yawns and drinks a bit of the hot coco that earth made for her* Earth: Go ahead and rest! I can tell that you may not have gotten a lot of sleep! Nebula: *blushes again* A-Are you sure?.. I can stay up! Earth: *lays her down next to her* Sleep. I’ll be here when you wake up! Nebula: 0//////0 o-ok.. *she closes her eyes a falls asleep pretty quickly*
