Just got the GameSir G8 controller but it's not connecting to my Infinix Note 11 Pro but it's working my friends phones. Then i noticed that my phone is running Android 11 while my friend are running Android 12+. Is there a reason for this?

@mstarsage Do you know the factory reset button combination to put the phone in that mode, but your not going to factory reset the phone but WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO IS CONNECT THE CONTROLLER AND REBOOT THE PHONE INTO FACTORY REDET MODE AND JUST RESTART THE DEVICE.
