I think this is only available if you’re from Brazil. Since “Locale” means “Location” in Portuguese. So, sadly, anyone that’s not in the location of Brazil cannot play this game unless they have a VPN which the location is set in Brazil, but I’m not sure about it. Note: I might be wrong since it says it’s only available for South America currently… but the website does have the words “Locale” and “BR” which is are Location in English and Brazil as BR, which is the abbreviation for it. Again, I’m not sure if this is either only available for all of South America or just Brazil.

The first Zone looks straight out of the 2012 London Olympics Game... EDIT: It's because they're reusing the same textures for the buildings in the party missions, albeit simplified. If you want to look for yourself go to 1:00 on the Launch Trailer for the 2012 olympics that's on SEGA's channel, particulary the orange/brown buildings.
