The plot is that she is half human half alien but has never been with a human, so she "needs to know" what it's like being with one. When she's at the club she finds a cute human looking guy, but finds out at the end he's a cyborg and not a human (his eyes glowing means he's not human). So she never found out what it was like being with one after all. There's a story to it apparently, I didn't understand the point either till I read comments from other reactions.
