I've been cooking on an Egg for about 3 years and you pretty much nailed this first time! Would be interested to see you do a British supermarket Brisket next, it's a tricky cut to master as everyone thinks of those fatty American ones when you mention BBQ Brisket. Loving you channel mate❤👌
