u should search for definitions ma man . In freestyle u can spit whatever u want and improvise also , includin previously composed lyrics . Off the dome is that shit when u spit only "off the top of the head", as you said , that`s why it`s called off the dome (dome-head). so the freestyle, as u see it, is actually off the dome..
