Recipe for: Sticky Pork Ribs. To lick your fingers. Juicy and Tender. Easy Recipe!
NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
Pork ribs - 700 g.
Salt.
Pepper.
Cayenne pepper.
Fresh onion - 1 bunch (finely chopped).
Garlic- 2 cloves (cut into thin slices).
Ginger - 10 g (peeled and cut into thin slices).
Soy sauce - 40 ml.
White wine - 60 ml.
Honey - 50 g.
Vinegar - 10 gr.
Water - 200 ml.
Oil.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Cut the ribs and season with salt and pepper. Rub the spices well.
Put a little fat in a preheated pan. Add the seasoned pork ribs and sear until golden brown. After sealing the ribs, reduce the heat and add the chopped garlic and ginger. Stir to release aroma. Add some hot pepper and stir. Add the white wine, soy sauce, vinegar, honey and stir. Add the water and turn up the heat. Let the ribs simmer for about 10 minutes, basting them with the sauce and turning them occasionally.
10 minutes later. The sauce is starting to reduce. Add the spring onions and stir. Turn off the heat and transfer the ribs to a baking sheet. Pour the pan sauce over them.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, in the lower part of the oven, without fan, for 30 minutes.
After taking the ribs out of the oven, roll them nicely in the sauce so that it sticks to them.
