You can use any Resin, Yes, it is necessary to use UV Tape & UV Lamp while using UV Resin.

Reason for sticky resin : (1) Wrong ratio - make sure to use weighing scale and take proper ratio as mentioned on bottles. (2) R&H not mixed well - mix it slowly for 3 to 4 minutes and scratch the R&H for edges of glass too. Weather affects resin properties. Specially rainy and winter -Foggy effect due to moisture - Delay cure then required time Precautions: - Avoid doing work with resin ,the day it rains heavily - you can sand the layer and make a clear coat again for foggy effect -and for delay cure, wait till the layer cures (may take 48 hours even) -keep your artwork in a direct orange light (bulb or lamp) (so it produce heat )

This might be due to Rainy season, Thats due to moisture in environment, this is a common issue artist face with each resin in rainy or winter season specially. Take the below measures to prevent you product from cloudy effect: (1) Maintain the room temperature at 28 to 30° celsius with the help of AC and work with resin (2) Use mini heater to maintain room temperature, keep it slightly near your artwork. (3) Keep resin + hardener bottles in warm water for 10min before using it.(it also helps reducing bubbles if any) (4) Adjust a yellow light bulb near your artwork , so resin can get its warmth . (5) Try using blow torch frequently over the top layer until resin starts getting harden. (In this case keep a check on artwork upto 4 to 5 hours after pouring). Hope this helps Thankyou
