I changed my air filter and housing on my 026 to a 260 type ,now it starts much better .

Put the connector on the wire first...rub a little grease on it and push it in from the other end...no need to try to pull that spring connector BACK through the boot. Also bare the end if the wire a little so it touches the connector that goes on the plug so it can fire there too.

You do the plug wire the same as I do it, it's easier than trying to push the spring through the other way.
