How does the Autocut 40-2 adjust the line lenght? Is it automatic on that respect?

You tap it on ground while holding trothle and it feeds out more line, on guard you have a knife for excess line to cut it and make it balanced.....

I still don't think I need something that big. The FS90r is probably plenty big for what I need. If it wont handle it its time to get out a chainsaw which the biggest one I have is only 72cc's but really my basic 45 is bigger than I need for most of the stuff here. The 36 cc seems to be the most useful one I have overall. I guess that is the reason I have about 10 around that size and only 2 bigger than 60 ccs

Don't take this he wrong way, because I'm glad you made this video, but my $500 riding lawn mower would make quick work of this. The isn't necessarily what a brushcutter is to be used for. I like power lawn tools but this isn't the best way to demonstrate the brushcutters ability is it?

Yes it is. Long, thick grass is most demanding (for trimmer head). In my country it isn't called brushcutter but scythe and is all purpouse tool(brush, raugh terrain grass).

+Anesh Dhun the fs 490 is more easier to use, the shaft is longer and is also leighter. Thats why I chose the 490 in stead of the 560
