Thanks for taking the time to share your knowledge and experience with the world - we would be lost without people like you who take the time and trouble to make these videos.

Carb spray eats the gasket material, like diaphragm not good to spray on them.

The choke linkage rod has a tendency to ride off the choke linkage connection on the carburetor. A small intererference fit serrated washer on the end of the rod would prevent this problem.

Nice video. I was just wondering why you didn't remove and clean the jets?

I've just hold of an MS020t as one to fix. I've ordered a new carb kit but was wondering what else you'd suggest to get it running again well? It starts well from cold but stalls on throttling. Curiously do all the Ms200t come with walbro carbs? As opposed to MS 020t with zama carb? Any ides agreeably appreciated. Great vid excellent resource.

If your gas cap is bleeding any pressure or leaking the saw will bog down or die every time you give it throttle

Ive unfortunately learned that the older zama carbs are very sensitive to ethanol treated gas on the deeper internal non-replaceable parts, ultrasonic baths seems to be the only way to deal with such issues of gumming up, plus a rebuild By the way, do you have any idea where the impulse line is located on this saw by chance?

Good video. But you should be wearing nitrile gloves when directly working with petroleum distillates. Once or twice won't have health effects, but over the course of a lifetime, it can lead to health problems and neurological decline.

Man I wish you had labeled these as 200T. Loving for info on my 200, and not all of this applies at all. Totally different carb mounting and configuration
