Nicely executed. Do you ever have a need to immerse the entire carburetor in a cleaning solution or is that over-kill? Thanks for sharing.

Thanks! You can put a carb in a ultrasonic cleaner with water and that may clean it up but if the carb is that dirty it probably has corrosion and is not a good candidate for a rebuild. It a lot of cases it does not make sense to rebuild a carb. A carb kit is $12 at the dealer, then the labor. Some new OEM carbs are only $30. So if you had to pay for labor you would be up over the price of a new carb. I mostly use aftermarket carb kits and I can rebuild the carb myself so I can save a few bucks.
