I don't know about us prices but in the uk you can replace the cylinder with Chinese parts 5 or 6 times for the price of one genuine kit. Also even if you use genuine parts a mistake with oiling, carb setting or air leak the cylinder can be wrecked anyway. If you want to throw money away you may as well buy a new saw.

Mine just has a bad leak. I KNOW one of the oiling parts is either loose or cracked.
