Omg I’m crying!! This is so beautiful!! You captured them perfectly and all the pain. 😭😭 idc they’re still endgame. lydia still loves him. that’s enough for me to believe they’ll be together again.

The video edit is wonderful and Holland did a great job in that scene, but I can't accept how they handled Dylan's absence. They could easily write something else of positive like make Lydia say he couldn't come with her because of a job or that she talked to him over the phone asking for advices. If it was all about her presence in the car, she just should never get in the car with him again? Idk, I found disrespectful write off Stydia like this after the fandom patiently waited for 6 seosons for them to be endgame. In my mind, they are together and she never left.

yes they could have done it better. I read a legend about banshees, where it says that they are not meant to find love and that if they do find it in a human, he will have a terrible fate. Maybe it's not so much the car, but the fact that if Stiles stayed with Lydia he would be dead

I kind of liked the whole idea of the banshee being an omen of death to her closest loved one and her choosing to be alone to save him, I think it could've been very interesting BUT she should've had some deep conversations about it with her friends and then it should've been resolved by the end of the movie by having her call him or mention going home to find a solution

I just love this edit so much. Great Job! So Emotional. I cried so hard this whole video. Stydia deserved better. If Scallison can get their endgame so should Stydia. Hopefully they will fix this if they make the other two movies. Jeff Davis is the worst. 😭

The most painful thing about their breakup is that it's thematic. Lydia's decision is completely in line with her past experiences and interactions with other banshees. She has experienced loss, she has seen banshees driven mad by grief or guilt. It's not just about saving Stiles. It's self-preservation as well. They might have written it because Dylan wouldn't be in the movie, but now that it's canon, it seems almost inevitable. Banshee history makes it so

Honestly this was the only half legit reason to justify Stiles missing and it justified Lydia not being able to use her power. If she could no Oni or nogitsune could take her on.

@@mariannebar2910 because she kept having a nightmare about being in a car crash with him, him being dead and her not being able to reach him. she said it was a recurring nightmare every night and she didn't know if it was a nightmare or a premonition anymore, so she left him so she didn't have to get in the car with him, he didn't die and she wouldn't have to scream
