i understand why so many people ship stydia and i really though it was cute that stiles could love someone who didn't know he exist and still, always be here to protect her but growing up i got tired of that situation and i know their relationship changed but i still didn't got that reciprocity regarding lydia toward stiles, so when malia arrive like i fell for her so quickly because of her wild but kind Heart and i loved stalia because it was new. i was happy with until season 5 and oh god the fact that stiles completely ignore malia during 5a and then just left whitout any explenation. i'm just so pissed that i can deal with stydia happening just make malia happy it's all that matters now.

Stiles and Lydia were made for each other. They have a connection that none of the other couples have, and the writing for their scenes have been some of the best writing ever in teen wolf. Lydia may not have noticed him in season one and most of season two, but I'm glad it was that way. They're development was beautiful, and I'm sure she truly loves him now. They deserve a happy ending with each other. I love Malia, but you can't build a perfect relationship off of a hookup in a mental hospital, they don't have the chemistry that Lydia and Stiles have. And, Malia deserves someone who loves her and only her, and it's clear that Stiles is still completely in love with Lydia.

The thing I love about Stydia is that it has a real development. Dont hate on me, I literally ship everything on Teen Wolf but Stydia was the only pairing that existed from S1E1 till S6E20. You basically can smell their chemistry from 100 miles away, the development was there and I think every other pairing was just rushed. Scallison, Scira, Scalia, Stalia, Stora, Sterica, Matheo or whatever could never relate. They could never be Stiles and Lydia.

True plus, it's an inaccurate representation of a crush. How can someone be in "love" when the girl has ignored you and for about a decade? Like it was more kind of like a mini obsession. Someone who would rather hide her true self...I mean it's not like he really knew her, to be "in love" with her. It was purely infatuation, not real love. And stydia doesn't have that chemistry of a couple, they've become really good friends though. But people need to realize that not all crushes or tv friendships need to end in relationship.
