Your uncrating reminded me of all the things I built out of the cheap angle iron of Honda crates back in the day. A friend bought one of the first 250 Chinese dirt bikes. The owners manual was a hoot with all the wacky translations. For instance the throttle was referred to as the “loudness lever”!

Dave, great to see you vertical. You were talking about a flat track time where the AMA killed all opposition to HD with cheater rules. I had an F.I.M. senior officials licence for over 20 years and met F.I.M. officials from the AMA who confirmed the rules were bent for years. I will attempt to find a photo of one of my bikes but I'm in the southern hemisphere so don't worry about a shirt. Look after yourself young man.

That Corsaro race bike is gorgeous - I might be prejudiced as I own a 125 Corsaro Supersport, but Morini did make some good looking and quick bikes even prior to the 3 1/2s.

I didn't know you had surgery, tried researching with no avail.. hope all well.. I made mistake of taking my low bike out week after back surgery.. dropped her at traffic light... thanks to the guys behind me getting her upright... I never imagined dropping (I pictured car hitting me).. even worse not being able to pick her up.. God telling me things are going to be different now... stay away from Buick Bike 😮
