@@LexoMusic of course! Have you ever been stricken for copyright or anything to that effect for the remixes you upload? How do you go about preventing that? I'm considering uploading some remix stuff soon and I want it to go as smoothly as possible.

I get swarmed with Content ID on a lot of my remixes, including this one. There's no real way going around it unless you do some serious editing. For example, if you pitch shift, change the tempo and EQ the chances of getting a copyright claim get decreased. Music copyright only affects your ability to monetize a video and it rarely causes viewer restrictions depending on the record label. I haven't received any copyright strikes as of uploading remixes, only Content ID. If you like your remix and want people to hear it then I would suggest uploading it. I have heard some channels got striked for too many claims for music but I have received a little over 20 claims and my account is still in good standing. In addition to this, videos can only be monetized when a channel has over 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours of watch time in the past 12 months so with monetization being the only thing affected by claims I wouldn't worry too much. Sorry this is so long, hope it helps though :)

It's automatic copyright for music. When your video is being published youtube analyses it and if there's copyright music, Content ID pretty much finds it and you can't monetize a video. Here's an article just in case: support.google.com/youtube/answer/6013276
