This has given me words to worship and process my grief. I am battling brain cancer, newly married, and feel so much anguish in the suffering. How can I praise him still? By sharing my hurting heart and dwelling on his goodness, regardless of the circumstances. He is still God. A good, powerful, loving, and kind father. He deserves my praise even in the suffering. Thank you for creating a song that helps me not choose doubt but point me toward hope in suffering.

Experiencing fatigue, burnout symptoms, years after first cycles of chemo. During chemo the Lord sustained me with the best of care, a mom who couldn't travel back to where she was supposed to and stayed taking care of me, and now it seems fatigue has come much later, when I look ok on the outside and environments change drastically, people get this idea that looking good means all clear. It's when side effects come all at once, as I feel like I'm dragging, there in the bottom I can only look up. A key-word came to mind: gratitude, towards the Lord. Even lying down trying to regain strength, I'm praising Him. I try to find something good in me and the one good truthful pigment I find is the Lord Jesus Christ, our Messiah. From here I can only praise my way back up. Got this song on repeat as I let the Lord handle me like only He can. It's my moment, me and Him.
