I played this game recently at a Round 1 close by, and i noticed a few things as well. The same black screen happened on the other side while I was playing too. The side I was on was saying Card jam error, yet dispensed a card anyway. The worker gave me a bunch of free cards that where apparently jammed from releasing in the other side of the cabinet, since I was the only one playing at the time. There where 45 plays in the other side he told me about so I finished and hopped over for free plays, but I figured out why the person left. The balls falling did not trigger a wheel spin. I fell several while playing on that side and none counted towards a spin at all. It's got a lot of kinks for a cabinet being so fresh and new. The ball in the center is literally impossible to time. I had shots where it went up and spun around for ages, then pops when it went straight back down and into the hole again. The randomness adds to the fun in my opinion and the cabinet being brand new is glowing with gold, lights, and sounds that keep me engaged. Overall wont play long enough to ever build up a full set of cards, but interesting none the less. They need to fix some of the errors on this machine which now that I watched your video appear common.
