Hi Elle 😊 I had a visualization/meditation where I clearly felt the inner experience of the sp completely new (not the feeling of the old story) I cannot explain in words, but was really a good felt experience. And right now I’m feeling really different, like I’m changing, but I don’t know “where” I’m going; also my body is feeling different. I assign it a good meaning even if it’s “confusing”. It’s some kind of “transition”? I feel in the unknown but intact in my being at the same time. Very amazing experience but also a little bit weird!

Thank you for the great content! I have been doing a great deal of affirmations, scripting, healing, meditation, SC… I don’t feel like I am coming from a place of lack anymore. When you mentioned about getting asked a question about birthdays, i had to laugh; because I actually have a similar question lol My SP and I are not currently in contact, and in spite of that, I do feel connected to him. I don’t feel the “lack” or emotions surrounding that any longer. I am around a mutual friend. Would it be “chasing” to send a birthday wish (message) through the friend?

Work on SC, it's not about them it's about you. Who do you want to become? Affirm that story just like any other manifestation and take steps towards becoming that person. For me, I want to be a confident and charming woman who is healthy and happy in every way. For me this means not only affirming the new story and embodying that person but also doing things that make me happy

I am struggling with this when my anxiety takes over and feel lack takes over and I seek outside validation, I’ve sometimes since I vent on no contact I often chased them. But in the end I try in the end persist and always trying reaffirm and do my best to not chase them, that I am the one they want, wanna text me and they are chasing me instead

Whatever is in your reality is a manifestation and therefore comes from an assumption or "lie" if you wanna call it that. If you wanna change your reality, you have to change your inner story or assumptions. Check Sammy Ingram videos and you'll understand.

I completely understand the concept of thoughts and beliefs reflecting and manifesting in one's own reality, but when it comes to manifesting the affections of another person, for example, then how much influence does one really have? There could be somebody I know, right now, to whom I am not attracted and have no interest, who is trying to manifest my affections, and is going to fail. So why should it work for me?
