I haven't seen the film and I don't think I will, for the same reasons. Yvette Nichol doesn't look like that ! The casting for Gamache is wrong, I never liked that actor as Inspector Lynley.

@@normanbott Sadly, the new version is much worse. Terrible casting, story lines butchered...why isn't this being done properly? The books are so much better than the adaptations being filmed.

@@cploss8533 I got the fist 5 books for Christmas , and has watched the Three Pines episodes. You are quite right! Why on earth do people do this? Like they butcher the Miss Marple stories and put in a lot of characters who don’t exist (lots of Americans!) and alter the plot beyond recognition! Dame Agatha would be rolling in her grace . As for 3 Pines, why on earth did they mess about with the characters and the plot?
